Finding Myself

Today I went to a workshop with published poet, director/producer, playwright, and editor Nathalie Handal. In the workshop she explained to us the repercussions of growing up in so many different countries and learning so many languages. She explained that identity really has nothing to do with out country of origin or native tongue. It's all to do with what we imagine ourselves to be and how we want others to see us.

Today was totally sweet.
